Bank HR Assistant – Full Time (Makati)

Job Description

  • Assists regulars in scheduling applicants for interview
  • Helps in handling 201 files and requirements of new hires
  • Performs call outs and invites to qualified applicants for the initial HR interview

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With Certificate of Graduation or TOR at hand / Grad invitation or program for 2016 graduates
  • Willing to work in Baguio City – 30 minutes of travel time
  • Willing to accept the minimum wage for Baguio (285/day)
  • Applicants with NBI and Medical will be prioritized
